All data is stored locally in your browser's storage (LocalStorage). Your data never leaves your device. However, clearing browser data will delete your saved invoices.
Yes! Click the "PDF" button in the top toolbar to download a high-quality PDF of your invoice. You can also use the print button for direct printing.
Every text in the invoice is editable! Simply click on any label like "Description", "Price", "VAT rate", etc. to modify it. Look for the small pencil icon that appears on hover.
Yes! Use the Language selector in the Settings panel. All labels update automatically. We support English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic (with RTL), and Turkish.
You can save up to 20 invoices in your browser history. Older invoices will be automatically removed when the limit is reached.
Yes! Hover over a line item and use the drag handle on the left to drag and drop items into a new order.
Click on the "Add Your Logo" area at the top of the invoice. You can upload any image file (PNG, JPG, etc.) as your logo.
